I bought this tent for backpacking. Fits two people, two dogs and two packs with room to spare. Will fit three adults, no gear. The modified dome shape is nice as it offers plenty of headroom throughout the tent. Sets up in about 3 minutes including the stakes. The tent is a little on the bulky side with all components inside the sack however its still a 5 lb 3 person tent so weight isn't bad for a tent this size. The vestibule is average size. Door height is high enough that it's not a pain to get in and out of. The full mesh design allows for ample ventialtion. Holds up in strong winds and heavy rain. I only have two complaints: a bit on the bulky side but you can stuff the tent body, rainfly, footprint inside your pack and strap the poles to the outside or whatever configuration works best for you to maximize your pack. The other complaint- it only has one door. I prefer a two door modified dome design so my dogs don't get my sleeping bag and pillow filthy. However this can be minimized with this tent as you can set up with your head at the foot of the tent and not feel closterophobic as this tent has ample head room throughout. Great tent! Totally recommeded. Especially at this price!
