Great product, but they don't last long February 10, 2009 Jason R. Artof (Los Angeles, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These rubber tips fit perfectly on my Black Diamond trekking poles. Walking on paved surfaces was greatly enhanced. Unfortunately, I only got about 5 uses out of the tips before the end of a trekking pole poked through one of the rubber tips. I found it to be a very useful product, but I would have to give it poor marks for durability.
Don't waste your $$ November 25, 2008 Douglas Fowler (St Robert, Missouri USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I used these tips on two walks of three miles on a paved trail. Tips have already worn through.
Very Handy June 11, 2008 A. Edmonds 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
They are very helpful and add exceptional functionality to my poles, however, I would say that it was a bit confusing as to where to put them at first. I tried my ears, nose and both big toes, but after extensive research on the internet, I learned that they were intended to go on the poles. Still, I wasn't sure where and again had to research the location after trying to wrestle them on over the hand grips.
I really think a DVD manual with video directions would be helpful
Older Pole. February 1, 2008 Lance Rivers (Palmer, MA USA) I have an older pole that had a flat rubber tip that came with it. This new one works much better and holds on payment as well as hard ground. I will order more just in case they change the design.
Replacement treking pole tips December 2, 2007 R. Ukiah (Ukiah, Ca United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
These replacement tips fit both of our poles just fine. They fit like they were made for them.
