It can be worn as a wristwatch or attached to a carabiner or lanyard (both sold separately). The digital compass has an 8-position cardinal directional indicator with 1-degree increments, programmable route, and adjustable declination. It also offers an altimeter, which can track altitude with an alarm, has a 24-hour memory barometer (barometric pressure, 24-hour trend), and provides temperature readings. The OC1B has three independent timers with alarms and a 375-record logbook that keeps track of cumulative ascent and descent, time, date, and even laps (for skiing). The advanced stopwatch provides intermediate or lap time measurements and has a 50-record storage capacity. Other features include alternate time zone setting, time with day/date/month/year settings, backlight with three-second delay, and water resistance to 10 meters (30 feet).
