A toy March 3, 2010 Castellanos St. (New York, NY USA) This item is for those who are not looking for something profesional. To small that I am not sure it is really working, that's why I said it is like a toy. Next time I have to be extremelly careful. Not what I expected.
Disappointing February 15, 2010 Mary Mack (Atascadero, CA United States) I bought this so I could find out the temperature, but the dial is so small that it was almost impossible to read. Do not recommend for that purpose, and really didn't need the compass.
Thermometer is too small December 8, 2009 Nejat Polat (Virginia Beach, VA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's a regular little compass, actually not very little because of the thermometer. But you should buy a magnifier together to see the thermometer. It's useless, too small, makes the compass unnecessarily bigger.
Functional October 30, 2009 Phillip Ochoa (Eugene, Oregon USA) The thermometer is a little small but works as does the compass and it fits on a keychain. It's also cheap, if I wanted a more hardcore durable devise I'd pay more but this thing suffices for everyday use and I don't expect Zombies to grab and smash my compass anytime soon...and if they did I'd have bigger problems than "how hot is it?" and my sense of direction is good enough with the Sun for emergencies.
Excellent piece August 14, 2009 Sriram R. Krishnan (MI, USA) Nice work. Shows direction and temperature too. Biggest plus is it's almost wightless, which makes it easy to carry anywhere
