Product Description The Brunton PED-Radio is Pedometer and radio in one. It features a built-in FM radio with a 9-channel memory and frequency display. Ped-Radio also includes step, distance, calorie count functions and an automatic timer. A filter function prevents recording of body movements and false steps. With the backlit display, this pedometer is suitable for evening or night exercise. The headphones are included.
Amazon.com Product Description Exercise is better with music, as Brunton's PED-Radio amply demonstrates. Combining a handy step pedometer and an FM radio in the same housing, the PED-Radio is a must-have for joggers, walkers, and anyone else who likes a soundtrack to accompany his or her steps. The pedometer part of the device offers all the step basics, including a step counter, distance counter, automatic timer, and calorie counter. As a result, you'll always know how far you've gone and how far you still have to go before meeting your goal. The stride-adjustable pedometer even includes a built-in motion filter that detects body movements and false steps, so you don't rack up counterfeit mileage. The radio, meanwhile, offers such features as a frequency display and a nine-channel memory. Other details include a backlit display for evening or night exercise, a nylon clip chain, earbud headphones, a CR2032 battery, and a belt clip for transport. The PED-Radio is backed by a one-year warranty. What's in the Box? Radio/pedometer, earbud headphones, CR2032 battery, nylon clip chain, belt clip, user's manual

| Customer Reviews: Don't get excited about the radio feature July 18, 2008 Adam Schillinger 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Pedometer only registers in Km, so don't expect to get your distance in miles w/o some math. So much for the false step sensor - it was off by about 2 percent.
The radio picked up the stations that I preset pretty well. After about five minutes of use a VERY annoying ringing sound cuts in - so loud that the radio cannot be heard over it. I tried resetting it, replacing the battery, using different headphones, and finally smashing the unit. Guess which one solved my problem...
