Product Description Black Diamond created the kid-specific Wiz Headlamp to give young campers and backpackers the features they need to get the most from the outdoors. This Black Diamond LED headlamp provides a long 60-hour burn time, and it turns off after an hour, so it won't go dead if the little one leaves it on accidentally. The Wiz Headlamp also has a slightly dimmed light, so your kid can still see well but won't blind you by shining light in your eyes.

| Customer Reviews: kind of cheap January 4, 2010 m wxwax (jackson, ms) I got this head lamp for my 7, 6 and 3 year old. The kids love them because they are like mom and dads, but I have to say they are really cheap. The plastic is flimsy and can easily break when inserting the batteries. The head lamp can easily come off the band too. I think I will buy an adult head lamp of better quality next time.
Automatic Turn Off! Great for kids! April 20, 2009 R. Jones 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Headlamps have almost made flashlights obsolete. My tween kids take these camping with scouts. Never a problem and auto turn off pays for itself in saved batteries. Now if they just don't loose them!
nice headlamp, but... January 11, 2009 Diane (Colorado) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
Great headlamp that is easy for kids to use. Unfortuately, the headlamp separates from the band easily, and I am constantly replacing it for my 2 and 3 year olds. I would have made it permanently attached or harder to remove. Otherwise my kids love having their own headlamps and they no longer play with mine.
