Be VERY CAREFUL of the price you pay February 22, 2010 Bargain Finder (Los Angeles, CA) Simply put...other distributors have this exact model on Amazon (under another brand name) often at well under $20. Buyer beware.
lanterns for Christmas gifts October 13, 2009 Elizabeth Couch (st. ignatius MT) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The products are what they were advertised to be. I really have not used them much because they are gifts, but I did check each one to make sure that it worked.

Every thing we needed in an emergency light/radio/charger--and no batteries! We live in the foothills/mountains so bought 4 lanterns- will be giving 3 away for Christmas gifts.
it is what it is.... September 15, 2009 Allen (Oregon) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nothing to write home about...
Make sure you charge it with the 12 volt charger before useing it.
And make sure you crank it before putting it away for the night, so it works well the next night.
The fisrt one sent to me did not work and if it was not for the great work at Amazon, I would be upset.
But they took care of things very well and I have a good little lite...
I think the bug repelent noise works? at least I did not notice any with it on?, Keeps the bugs away from the light!
Love this little Lantern! August 8, 2009 C. Olsen (Dallas Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have 2 of these now. Had one for over a year. Well worth the money.
They should loose the siren though. Only time I have heard it, is when I turned the switch the wrong way. It scared the Daylights outa me and everyone in the office were I was.(The power failed so I brought it inside)
