5 out of 5 stars the best boot for the price   March 9, 2010
Brian Kaltenbaugh (Alexandria, VA USA)
this is my 2nd pair of these same boots. my first pair lasted 6 years. to summarize how i feel about them... they're very comfortable, don't make my feet stink, not ugly, keep the water out and last a long time.... pretty much the perfect boot.

4 out of 5 stars Good Boots for Hiking and Wet conditions   February 3, 2010

They are comfortable, easy to put on, and have decent traction in wet, slippery and/or rocky conditions. They are also good in snow, my feet haven't gotten wet yet and they keep my feet warm. The only downsides are that they mark up easily and the laces that came with it broke about 6 months after buying. There are replacement laces but you can't get the same color that came when you bought it. The guy at the shop says that the metal rings grind down on the laces.

Great boots. I wore them out in the Bighorn Mountains for a week while hunting. Also, nearly every day since I got back. I would definatly recommend these boots.

Fast shipping, A+, identical to the old boots that were worn out. Perfect replacement!

5 out of 5 stars Great boot   December 2, 2009

I purchased this boot for my husband, who wears mostly Timberland boots and shoes. They are (according to hubby), very comfortable and rugged. He is on his feet quite and bit and doesn't complain about his feet getting tired. He does a lot of work outside and this boot holds up to rough terrain. This is a quality product that I highly recommend.
