2 out of 5 stars Small but not warm   March 18, 2009

High Peak E-Z Pack Dura Loft Compact Camping Hiking Sleeping Bag +30F Yes, it packs small. No, not good down to 30 degrees. Lucky if it keeps you warm at 50 degrees. Small is really less.

This is a Great Sleeping bag. I have used it camping in Joshua Tree in January, and it was pretty windy out, but i was able to bundle up in it and close the mummy pouch and get some sleep. It's only 86.5 inches long, so make sure your not much taller then 6'3''. Being 6'2'' my self, i would prefer a 90 inch long bag, but this one still works! The Compactablity is great! That is one reason why i got this bag. It compacts so small in the compressor bag it makes it an easy 3lbs for a back packing trip!!

5 out of 5 stars Great value   October 11, 2007

I used this sleeping bag all summer for backpacking in the high Sierra Nevada mountains. It is light, comfortable and warm. It compresses down to a nice football-sized stuff-sack. I really enjoyed using this bag. It is a great value for its cost.
