DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, I RECENTLY BOUGHT THE ALICE PACK AND AS YOU ALL CAN SEE DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES IT COMES WITH SHOULDER STRAPS, I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND HIS RESPONSE WAS ¨IT CLEARLY SAYS NO SHOULDER STRAPS¨ AND HE OFFERD ME TO SELL ME A PAIR OF SHOULDER STRAPS THAT HE HAPPEND TO HAVE LAYING AROUND, FOR 15.00 DOLLARS, YEAH RIGHGT! THIS SELLER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AT NO TIME HE OFFERD TO TAKE THE PRODUCT BACK!! I DONT KNOW WHY AMAZON HAS SELLERS LIKE THIS ON THE SITE!! US MARINE IN COSTA RICA!!
