| Customer Reviews: Terrific Single Layer Ski sock February 10, 2010 Thomas Sorce (MALIBU, CA, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Prior to trying the CW-X compression sock, I was using a regular, thick ski sock with a silk under sock. My Ski Boots are quite snug and a thicker sock can sometimes be a problem with circulation, due to a thick sock bunching up. I tried the CW-X as a single level alternative and found them to be warm enough, offer good support and my feet were comfortable.

I like these but there are other better ones out there. By better I mean more compression. I like the Zoots but they do cost more. I use them for recovery not during the run. Also these are great for long car rides--especially after a race.
